Ingredients of BBQ suya

  1. You need of BBQ sauce.
  2. You need 1 cup of ketchup.
  3. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper.
  4. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Paprika.
  5. You need of Onion(chopped).
  6. You need of Maggi.
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoon of Veg oil.
  8. It’s 2 tablespoon of Soy sauce.
  9. You need of Marinate.
  10. It’s of Beef.
  11. It’s of Garlic.
  12. Prepare of Ginger.
  13. It’s of Seasonings.
  14. It’s of Lemon.
  15. You need of Honey.
  16. It’s of Chili powder.
  17. You need of Curry.
  18. Prepare of Oil.

It's basically spicy skewered beef that's made with a tomato and peanut blend. This dish originated in Nigeria and they call it the epitome of West African street food. The beef kabobs are very popular in Nigerian barbecue. BBQ suya instructions

  1. Marinate your beef and refrigerate for 1hour..
  2. After a minute add the maggi,ketchup and soy sauce. And stir for 2-3 minutes..
  3. Heat a pan and add the oil,onion,black pepper and paprika. Then stir..
  4. Get your skewers and arrange the onions and marinated beef..
  5. Set your oven to preheat for 10 minutes. The settings should be Grill at 150°C or about 300°F..
  6. Place the beef flat on the oven rack and put in the oven to roast..
  7. After 15 – 20 minutes, flip the beef and add your bbq sauce to roast the underside as well..
